Poop Goes in the Potty

Yesterday was another first for Clara: her first poop on the toilet. It wasn't very big, but still, it was a momentous occasion. She still will only use the toilet when she feels like it, and she still can't tell us when she needs to go, but now when we do "trying" on the toilet, she goes more often than not.

Her other big accomplishment is gaining momentum on her tricycle. This weekend she's been going out for "rides" with daddy. They go around the block, and Clara does all the pedaling herself. Now, if we could just get her to stop at the corner BEFORE going into the street!

Two weeks ago, our cat Hugo crossed the street...and climbed up to the peak of the roof of the church. We don't know how he got up there, but we do know how he came down. Seattle's Bravest Ladder 28 came and got him down. (Yes, they DO rescue cats!) Thank you, Ladder 28 for rescuing Hugo!
